Felix received a B.S.in Computer Science from Technical Univ. of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, a M.S.& Ph.D. in Computer Science from Univ. of Central Florida. He is currently Professor of Computer Science at the Univ. Georgia Southern. His research interest is in field of Human-Computer & Human-Data Interaction.


Felix received two Fulbright fellowships (2013, 2015) for outstanding research and support for international collaborations as well as research funding from: NASA (Johnson Space Center - 3D Head Worn Displays), MD Anderson Cancer Foundation (Radiation X-Ray/Proton Therapy Training), The Link Foundation and Erasmus+ (EU).


He served as PI on several National Sceince Foundation (NSF) and Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) projects and he is a professional member of the ACM and the IEEE.
